Donation and payment policies

FUNDACIÓN DE DESARROLLO ESPERANZA SIN FRONTERAS, in fulfillment of its mission to restore hope to the most vulnerable and empower Haitian families, establishes the following donation policy:

 

Donation Methods

  • Online donations through secure payment gateways (e.g., PayPal, credit card, bank transfer).
  • In-person donations or through agreements with authorized partners.

 

Use of Funds

  • All donations received are allocated to social programs and projects aligned with our mission and vision.
  • The Foundation guarantees transparency in the use of funds and publishes periodic reports on the allocation of resources.

 

Refunds

  • Donations made are, in principle, non-refundable.
  • In case of an error in the transaction process, the donor may contact us to review their case.
